Game Changers Consulting PLC has been established with the aim of supporting the delivery of market relevant quality TVET skills training, Vision development/Mind-set training, life skills training and entrepreneurship skills training that improves the livelihoods of economically poor and socially disadvantaged women and youth to diversify their income opportunities in a diversified value chains development. Game Changers Consulting PLC as a development practitioner organization has been contributing to support the government’s effort in addressing the inclusive economic empowerment and livelihood challenges of women and youth through promotion of market relevant skills development and entrepreneurship development. Addressing the inclusive economic empowerment and livelihood challenges of socially, economically and geographically disadvantaged women and youth needs a comprehensive and innovative frame works. In doing so, Game Changers Consulting PLC has been executing and in placing different innovative, Comprehensive and proven job creation and livelihood program implementation strategies.

Game Changers Consulting PLC has its own market relevant vocational skills training and production center in Bahir Dar City. This vocational skills training and production center is established with the aim of providing tailor made, quality market relevant vocational skills training for unemployed women and youth. The special feature of Game Changers vocational skills training approach is “Integrating the technical skills training with vision development, Life skills and Business skills training”. To ensure the sustainability of the vocational training centers, production units are established to generate income that can fuel the training center and ensure the continuation of providing market relevant quality vocational skills training.
